Creative Grids 3- 1/2 x 18-1/2 Ruler

The Creative Grids 3 1/2" x 18 1/2" Rectangle Ruler is a versatile tool for any sewing or quilting project. It features easy-to-read black and white markings printed in 1 inch grids, marked in 1/8 inch and 1/4 inch increments. The ruler has an easy-to-read numbers and a 1/4 inch grip side for cutting whole inches and trimming seam allowances. It also has a patented Turn-A-Round feature and 1/2 inch grip sides for adding the 1/2 inch seam allowance. The ruler includes a white 45 degree angle for trimming half-square triangles in whole inch increments, a black 45 degree angle for trimming half-square triangles in half inch increments, and an additional black 45 degree line placed ? inch away from the outside edge. These markings can be used to square up flying geese units and squares set on point. The ruler also features a 30 degree/60 degree angle and white horizontal and vertical lines for fussy cutting stripes and borders. The ruler slides easily over the fabric until pressure is applied, thanks to its exclusive grip.
